The Campbell Tower is a tower nearby the Underworld and Central Nexus, built by Eseron, presumably in 2011, with help from Iansideout. It is nine floors tall, including a lobby, mezzanine, and penthouse. It's construction is mostly of smooth stone as well as stone slabs, with glass blocks as windows and torches as the major light source. The area was settled by 
hjk321 in 2017 and maintains the aptly named Campbell Farm, a public farm next to the tower.
The tower is known locally for the mysterious nature of the unfinished state of the penthouse, as well as a haunting message left by one of the tower's builders.
Layout
Exterior
The exterior of the tower contains a large fountain surrounded by mossy cobblestone, as well as several pools to the side. Tall grass and flowers are scattered around the exterior, and the ground has been terraformed to leave the tower in an artificial valley. The tower was built directly on the border between alpha generation and newer generation, so tall cliffs are surrounding it. To the left is the Campbell Farm.
Lobby and Mezzanine
The lobby contains several small fountains as well as dandelion planters to the sides of the lobby. There is a carpet leading to an obsidian and iron front desk, crediting the builders. A small staircase downstairs leads to a private railway leading to a nearby building of unknown ownership. Two large staircases lead to the mezzanine level, with several tables, chairs, and a bar.
Main Floors
All six of the main floors are of identical nature. Directly at the stairs is a waiting area with 2 benches. The rest of the floors comprise of something akin to hotel rooms - a bed, a bench, and a closet area. The rooms vary slightly in size, but there are always 9 rooms per floor.
Penthouse
While the penthouse was fully constructed, it was never furnished. in fact, even the carpet flooring has been left half-completed. There is a large window giving a nice view of the front exterior of the tower, but there exists a 1x2 hole in this window, just large enough for a person to fit through, with a large 60 block fall to the ground below. A single sign rests in front of this hole, leaving a haunting message:

jumping now but
i dont have
any glass
It is unknown who this message was meant for, or which of the two builders left it, but the player-sized hole in the glass paints a tragic picture. With both of the tower's builders having never logged on since 2015, this may be one mystery that will never be solved.
Campbell Farm
The area was settled in late 2017 by hjk321, and is now home to a large public farm conveniently placed between Spawn and the Central Nexus. It contains both crop farms and an automatic animal grinder with 8 total spawners. All are welcome to take what they need as long as they reap what they sow. Most of the crops from this farm are donated to the spawn food chest periodically.
