Cities are the largest type of settlement in Freedonia. They are characterized by an extremely large surface area, and large volume of buildings and residents. A city may or may not be culturally significant. A certain high quality of building is often present as well, due to the intensive effort required to make a city transferring to its architecture as well. This classification should be used sparingly and with high standards.
