Outherland is a settlement originally founded by HY_Turkic is located in the 2020 1.7.10 map expansion, which was just north of the world border when it was first founded. It was founded on 1st of June, 2020 as a colony under the name "Faroutland". It has a town hall (one old one and one new one), out-of-order mob grinder, an apartment and some plots. It was the place where HY's McO birthday celebration took place.
Outherland has no direct Overworld access, with the closest Nexus being South 3 Borderlands Hub almost 2000 blocks away. However, there is a crude Nether tunnel connecting it to Takadokia.
Brief History
Republic of Faroutland
on 14th of April, 2020, HY, along with 
YourSelft487 and 
Plexit found a very far generated chunk outside of world border, which they dubbed "Faroutland", a very basic name. they dreamt of a bustling city, thousands upon thousands of blocks away from spawn. But their dream was quickly shot down when they realised they couldn't teleport to it since it was outside world border. Plexit, YourSelft and HY actually went out to start a new country named Faroutland in reachable chunks. Plexit couldn't come for a ride, so it was only YourSelft and HY. HY later named the new settlement he started with YourSelft "Selverland", after YourSelft.

HY later found out that the sight of the Republic of Faroutland is the site of Void Town, another "town" that was claimed there a year before Faroutland was claimed. While HY knew of Void Town's existence before he was informed, he didn't think it was at the same chunk as Faroutland.
Faroutland Colony
After the last 1.7.10 border expansion, HY saw others claiming land in empty places and wanted to do it too. Wilderness teleported him to older chunks, so requested admin 
14mRh4X0r teleport him to new chunks. HY was teleported on to a beach, where he went to explore these new chunks. He found a river with plenty of empty space next to it. He quickly built a wall around this empty area, and declared it the colony of "Faroutland". He built a nice little dock to go with it. the first build in Faroutland was the apartments, medium-sized places to live in. He also went on a mining trip and found enough emeralds in order to make an emerald block, which he placed and declared the Emerald Block of Faroutland. This emerald block still is Outherland's heart today. Unfortunately, Faroutland was void of any construction for a month or so, until HY came back to continue building it.
