Vetus ad Novum, or translated from Latin as "The Old to The New", is a district located in Neo Tokyo founded, hand-designed, and built by 
Mr_Fudgy. This district was started on October 18th, 2019 and is currently ongoing. Fudgy wanted to bring his iconic medieval Minecraft buildings into another work on the server while he was finishing up Project MOON with 
ScarClaw72. He was asked to create a district that had a similar feel to Edinburgh, Scotland that had an older section, for tourism, and a newer section, where everyone lived. The district is complete with small alleyways, taverns, inns, gazebos, parks, bridges, a lighthouse, and its very own castle "".
