A product of pure coincidence, Popped Epic Land (or PTEland for short) is a project that opened October 31st 2019, aiming to fuse organization with creativity and weirdness.

PTEland General Information

PTEland is intended to be a city built in the general style of Modern Tokyo, with fantasy threaded within. For PTEland residents, monsters and machines straight out of science fiction will be commonplace. If you like to build skyscrapers, mythical beings, or mythical beings attacking skyscrapers, this is the place for you.

PTEland Symbols

Flag and Colors: The flag of PTEland is made up of three horizontal stripes. Top is purple, middle is orange and bottom is light blue. Purple stands for patience, so that PTEland can take any hit and say 'I'm not mad.' Orange stands for pure unbridled rage, revenge and nails stuck in baseball bats. Light blue stands for not paying attention, katsudon and general nonsense.

Official Animal: The official animal of PTEland is the dumbo octopus. The deepest dwelling of any octopuses, these adorable flappy-eared fellows patrol the deep waters of PTEland. They are rarely seen, utilizing camouflage to hide from all but the most trusted people. They instead communicate through their spokesperson, Grim the Dumbo Kraken, who is more comfortable at the surface. They are also fond of cuddling, but since they pounce on prey to devour them whole, it is best to keep cautious around them.

The Story of Grim, the Dumbo Kraken: During the early days of PTEland, getplayerhead.sh?strayonesobbing&16.png strayonesobbing was diving around the waters near the mainland. Hunting for ink sacs, he slaughtered most of the squid population that had been dominant over that part of the sea. The dumbo octopuses, with little natural predators left, thrived. One dumbo octopus in particular followed Stray on his rampage, eating the squid as they were slain. He grew to a massive size but thanks to Stray's stubbornness and horrible sense of direction, he was not noticed until the very end.

When Stray finally surfaced and admitted to himself he was lost, he turned around and screamed at the massive octopus that was staring at him. When it was clear that the kraken creature did not want to hurt him, he briefly considered poking it with his sword to see if it had an ink sac. He didn't do that, though, because he was at least a little smarter than a brick. The kraken followed Stray back to PTEland. Stray and the kraken became squid hunting buddies and after every hunt, Stray would teach it something new. The kraken eventually learned to understand and write in the sand. It wasn't long before it chose a name for itself: Grim.

Grim now resides in the waters of PTEland, raising a waving arm to newcomers, who are often lead by Stray. He acts as PTEland's Fleet Admiral and Aquatic Ambassador. He doesn't move much nowadays, but it is said that when he does, the shores of PTEland are a little more flooded than usual.
