Roanoke is a small island off the coast of Saikyo. It was discovered by STL_Ninja17 and then forgotten. It was later rediscovered by 
Hirudo6.
3 years, 9 months, and 22 days after it was first discovered, STL_Ninja17 and feb1980 finally constructed the first building on Roanoke, the Roanoke Tower.
