Sprazz's Boathouse is a small boathouse made primarily of oak logs, white wool, and oak plank stairs. It is located on the edge of a lake.

History
thesprazzzler built this boathouse after building his nearby windmill. It was built in largely the same style in order to better fit in with the theme of the town. He had seen 
Skiwalker1's adorable lakeside house and decided he wanted a similar one. The design proved challenging, especially the interface between the dock and house, but eventually the tight staircase was made to fit, and the doors even work (somewhat remarkably).
Location
The boat house is located in a valley northeast of Port Dhal and northwest of Ravines.
