You can say Cafi95's home in Dragon River Peak City is the first building built in the city. Flamehaze97 used Cafi95's home for storage till she built her home in the Annabelle Business District in January 2020. She still uses the chests for emergency storage. There was a mine added Mid-April 2020 when Cafi95 came back from his long hiatus.
