Cloud City is an entirely floating city. It was originally built above NewVenice, but was moved due to 
crystalriver's request. It now is under construction in the middle of the ocean that surrounds NewHaven. The new construction job began on April 26, 2013. The original Cloud City was extremely small compared to the new one, which is already much larger than it. Currently, the only way of accessing it is by teleporting to GeekyCreeper while he is working, or by boat. A teleport pad will hopefully be put in place soon. Cloud City is being built with the intention of being the largest, and safest place to live on Freedonia. The city has a small government, consisting of a mayor and a city council. Timeline (New Cloud City)
26 April, 2013 - GeekyCreeper chooses the location for the new Cloud City. He places the first block of the city and starts to build the cloud.
27 April, 2013 - GeekyCreeper continues expanding the cloud for a lengthy period of time. By the end of the day, it is already larger than the original cloud.
28 April, 2013 - GeekyCreeper gets nothing done due to a mysterious connection problem which prevented him from accessing the server, website, and wiki. He becomes extremely upset, and rage-quits the internet for the whole day.
29 April, 2013 - GeekyCreeper continues expanding the cloud. A deal is made with 
tonyisbeast that prevents the city from reaching his home, which is the closest structure to the city. Construction begins on the warp area, the first structure of Cloud City.
30 April, 2013 - GeekyCreeper continues expanding the cloud. He finishes the warp area. 
SlowRiot promises to come visit the city a soon as he has time.

Boat Directions
1. Warp to NewHaven by entering the command /warp newhaven
2. Head due north until you reach a vast ocean.
3. Place a boat into the water and continue to move due north in the boat.
4. Look for white wool buoys in the water.
5. Follow the buoys whilst heading north until you reach a small building.
6. Hop out of your boat. Take the elevator inside of the building up to the cloud.
7. Do a victory dance. You have reached Cloud City!
