Collectible Items of MCO

This page is a list of all known special items one could collect on MCO. What separates these items from standard valuable items in Minecraft, like diamonds or beacons, is that their value comes not from their practical usefulness, but from their uniqueness. The majority of such items by type are promotional items handed out through the gift drop system, or given away as prizes directly by the Admins, and the majority of collectible items by number in existence are likely written books and rep cookies. Other collectibles include blocks and items known colloquially as "illegals" that are not available in survival mode, named items with known histories or links to famous players, and player heads.
The items listed here must either be something impossible to produce in vanilla survival, and/or have a custom texture supplied by the MinecraftOnline Resource Pack. These items are frequently exchanged for disproportionately large amounts of resources and currency, jealously hoarded, and/or displayed for public view in museums.
Most of the promotional items listed below have custom textures when viewed while using the MCO texture pack alongside Optifine.
