The Desert Ball is exactly what is says on the tin- a massive sphere of sand.
The top has the usual trappings of a desert- cactus, dead bushes, zombies, and sand. The rest is pure sandstone. There are two small plots on top, one owned by 
Zomon333 and the other by 
Xyginator. There is also a shaft leading downwards, but the Desert Ball is otherwise untouched.
