This town is currently work in progress, though you can be able to become a resident by contacting me when I'm online. If I am offline, send mail to me and I will give one of the plots to you.

Basic Information

Brief History

The Town of Dandydance was established on the 9th of June, 2024 after Bandicoot_Boogie finished his base and wanted to build a town, as he wanted to do years ago. He began working on his first structure which was a church to practice his roof making skills. He then started making the Community Center, which is where the Nexus will be in, as well as the permissions board and history board. Currently, he is making roads and terraforming the land.

How do you get there?

The fastest method is by going to Nexus Borderlands Hub - Yellow 2, then continue going southeast. It's recommended to use a minimap mod with waypoints so that you go in the right direction.

Permissions

While most land isn't terraformed, it is best to just build somewhere else since plenty of land will be terraformed in the future. Currently, only Bandicoot_Boogie is allowed to build in the town in exception for the plots. Plots can be modified by the owner as much as the owner wants, however the owner must follow the building rules.

Rules in Building Houses

1. Make it look decent. Don't just make a box and add windows, and make the walls at least 3 blocks high.
2. Don't use random blocks, as well as natural blocks like dirt, sand, and gravel. You can make paths, but don't use it for the actual house.
3. Make a roof. 4. Don't make it too big. This means building at the edges of the plot. Make sure that the edges have 3 blocks of space.
5. Don't make it too small. This means if your house is just a 3x3 box with a door leading to a 1 block room.
6. Don't just have your base outdoors. If it is meant to be outdoors, at least make it look good.
7. If you don't build anything in at least 3 months, your ownership will be revoked unless you give a reason why.
8. If you will only use the plot for storage, at least make a house and have your storage underground. <br

If you do not follow the rules, I can build a house for you for free. I have trust in you, so it would be disappointing if you don't follow the rules on purpose.
