Fastest route:
- Nexus NorthWest (Purple) 2, to Borderlands Hub
- take the (very obvious) Nether Portal
- use the [Lift Up] to the Nether roof
- follow sign & Glowstone blocks to Gold Mall's [Lift Down]
- use Nether Portal
- walk directly into Gold Mall entrance
