HS-121 is an old, unnamed settlement, home to a few players from old days & new. An unfinished Amperean Empire fortress in the center of the village is evidence that the organization once held a presense in the area.
In 2023, the area began to see new settlers, likely as a result of proximity to the Castle of the Fallen Sword. Scripted_Meat & IdaDood have been noted to have moved into the area recently
