Helluva City is a town founded by 
TheCrimsonKing at JimyHendricks base.
It is a part of the Peoples Democratic Republic of Lativa (PDRL). It was founded by TheCrimsonKing on November 3, 2021.
It was started when TheCrimsonKing was asking if he could build something for someone at their base. Upon seeing this JimyHendricks asked him to build house. Jimy would log on the next day and see a clocktower and town hall being built by Crimson.
