The Concorde is a very important building in the city of Empire City, it is under construction at the moment by RosiestOcean115. He will live in several functions that will dimize Empire City. It could serve as a meeting place for different cities to help each other. It will also house many embassies and apartments to increase the visibility of Empire City.
