History
Constructed in the earlier years of Project MOON, the MOON Assembly (colloquially known as "The Assembly) is a meeting place for the Caretakers of MOON. The first-floor office has a reception desk for visitors and a lounge for the council members and visitors alike. Upstairs is an office for the Overseer and the proper meeting room. Behind the glass windows, discussions are held regarding decisions big and small for the city and broader Luna Bay.
