Monke Town is a state in Verico. It is the top city on MCO because it has made so much advanced technology exceeding other towns and has the best leader in the world. No one leaves either; why would you want to leave anyways? everywhere else is a chaotic mess ran by totalitarian dictatorships.
The town is the capital of the Free State of Monke Town, a country that claims Verico and the Newport Empire as "uncontrolled territories".
