Mount Dragon River was a idea of Leah's based off of Pokemon's Mount Silver and was a project Flame had planned for her city but was focused on road projects and Project Cleanup at the time.
Claim Conflict
Currently the build is on hold due to claim conflicts between 
cafe7 who placed random cobble all along the hills where Leah planned to build. Flamehaze97 is awaiting a reply from cafe7.
Claim was settled during late March 2020.
