NDS City is a nearly completely unknown town founded sometime in 2012 likely by maengevik99, andey99, 
Andey99 and Andey99. A large amount of the city is made with Alpha Slabs and it is fortified with a wall. There are some signs in Norwegian and some in English and it is likely that this was a settlement of Norwegian players due to a sign from "strom" saying that he is bringing 
oleandreas1000 to come live with them because he only speaks Norwegian. It is unknown what NDS stands for.
