Neopolitian from the anime RWBY.
History
Kron was thinking: "Well i gotta wait 100 hours to complete this Sakuya Izayoi art tf am i gon do" and then he got an idea inspired by 
Leah_Starcraft to make the Neopolitian pixel art.
It took two weeks to complete the first half using an image as reference but then in April 2021 Kron returned and used Schematica. The second half took 3 days but was a costly creation.
