New Pyeonghae is a town located in between New Poitiers and Finland.
Everyone (minus base-campers) is allowed to build a decent house (ranging from noob-hut to mansion) and a road in this town.
Permission system:
- you can only have permission to build within the town if you give permission to finish your build in this town if not done so within 2 months and give permission for other players to connect roads to your roads within this town
- place dated signs on or next to your build (and mark them with a redstone torch) stating: I give perm to other players to finish this build if not done within 2 months and connect roads to my roads, date, name
- the permissions are limited to this town (200x300 area)
- a house is finished if it obviously has completed walls and a completed roof
- the town has no build standards other than that a build needs to be decent
- you can only build a house, road, path, small garden/farm, fountain, church, farmhouse, shed, store, townhall, station, pub, animal hospital, pond, small bridge within this town
- if you finish someone else's build after the 2 month period, do so in good faith, do not harvest valuable blocks
