New Pyeonghae is a tiny outpost of New Poitiers located in between New Poitiers and Finland. The outpost has an underground auto cobblestone farm and a mine. It is next to the cathedral being build by 
skaterboi__54321.
The permissions system of New Poitiers applies to New Pyeonghae, anyone who has perms in New Poitiers has perms in New Pyeonghae. The bridge in between the two towns is part of the permissions system of New Poitiers.
