Northwestern All Purpose Industrial Warehouse
Northwestern All Purpose Industrial Warehouse (NAPIW) is a warehouse located in the nexus region, northwestern 3, that is comprised of multiple large empty rooms that are available under temporary lease. The warehouse started on December 21st, 2022, and is the largest warehouse in the industrial park, Edge developments.

Warehouse private use
This section covers over the leased out storage rooms. Leased out spaces might vary, they do vary in size, but most of the time, they are around the size of the main entrance room, with the smaller spaces being rental residencies (apartments), and the very large ones being smaller warehouses or large studios. The leases are determined by the buyer and are final, if buyer wants to extend the lease, they rent the space again. If they want to end the lease short, they can cancel their rental after the halfway mark of the lease time period. Use of these spaces is any, besides the following
- Auto farms. Though the spaces are large, they are not large enough for forest sized tree farms or mob grinders. Another reason why these are not allowed is that removing them takes some time.
- Fronts for other organizations. You are not allowed to set up businesses that are part of some larger organization that is meant to generate more income for the organization.
- Residencies. There are apartments you can use, these are not your personal mansions.
- Vacated spaces. You are meant to use your storage, if you are not, why not build your own?
Apartments
Apartment rentals function differently from the leased out spaces. They are still rentals, but they have more of a stricter use, these are residencies, homes, they are meant to be lived in. They operate the same way like RL apartments.
Studios
The studios are just that, studios, they have the same rules as the warehouse spaces.
