Overview
Penn Station is the main FRS & SCR hub of the West Border. Within its massive structure is the home of many facilities, including commercial, and residential. On 2/28/25, the station was completed, marking the beginning of a new era of the Western UTC, with dunechan cutting the ribbon at the northern entrance.
