Not much is known why Val built this build but it's a really neat build that blends well aesthetically with the city skyline as well as it's location. What makes the build unique is the fact it uses water and lava along with corresponding colored glass on the outside of the build. Val has also mentioned she may turn this build into a Library in the future.
