Roanoke is a small island off the coast of Saikyo. It was discovered by STL_Ninja17 and then forgotten. It was later rediscovered by 
Hirudo6.
Both STL_Ninja17 and by 
feb1980 plan on traveling to the island on April 23, 2021.
After 3 years, 9 months, and 22 days, Both STL_Ninja17 and by feb1980 had finally made the first building on Roanoke, the Roanoke Tower.
