History
In July of 2021 JimyHendricks had left Pallet Town in order to create his own base. He chose to explore the Northeastern quadrant of the map. After wandering for quite some time, he decided a flat snowy area was suitable for building. He was unsure of what to name the base so he decided to look at random countries and flags on Google. He decided that he would choose Latvia because of its easy to replicate flag. He eventually named the base, The Peoples Democratic Republic of Latvia. This name was inspired by The Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea (Commonly referred to as "North Korea").
Districts
Powder Town is a small village located on top of a mountain on the West side of the base. This village was named Powder Town due to the excessive amount of gunpowder JimyHendricks would acquire from all of the creepers that would spawn around the base.
The Northeast side of the base is home to the currently in progress Government District. The Government District is only home to one building and a bridge connecting the area to the Southeast quadrant of the base.
Ice bay as the name suggests, is a bay completely covered in a thick sheet of ice located on the far East side of the base.
The Isle of Wheat (That was discovered to be a Peninsula shortly after being named) is located at the far East side of the base in the middle of Ice bay.

The people who currently reside in the PDRL are the founder, JimyHendricks and a currently unregistered player, Unclehunter15.
The CPMCO
The Communist Party of Minecraft Online is the current presiding body over The Peoples Democratic Republic of Latvia. The group also has members from other bases such as Cosmic_potato_04.
The Party also has its own Army that protects The PDRL and its allies.
The Peoples Army of the CPMCO
The Peoples Army of the CPMCO is structured very similarly to the Roman Army. There are two main divisions of the Peoples Army of the CPMCO; the Legionary is the half of the Army that defends the PDRL and all of its outposts. The Auxiliary defends the PDRL's allies and is composed of non-citizens of The PDRL.
The Latvian Guard's Structure
A Century is a group of two or more men, and a Centurion is the one leads these men. A Centurion is similar to a sergeant in the way he fights with his men during battle. Two or more of these groups make up a cohort, and four or more of these groups make up a legion. The head of the Latvian Government leads these men.
The Auxiliary's Structure
The Auxiliary's structure is mostly the same as the Latvian Guard's structure except, there are no Legions. Centuries mainly stay with their own, and on rare occasion come together as a Cohort.
