Tophoyt Halvoya is a peninsula located on the eastern coast of the southern mesa. A residential part of NHCity and the entirety of Dandelion Town are located here. The peninsula is connected to the mainland by a mesa plateau, the road leading to Dandelion Town and a few dried up bays.
