Long before the New Midwestern Empire existed, there were tribes of people all over the continent. One of these tribes was the Burquackos, a people of the desert. They flourished for years under the leadership of their Chieftains. Eventually they died out for unknown reasons and the only person to have the known blood of the Burquacko Chieftains is RubberDuck116. Now he exists under the command of the Midwest, allowed to govern a portion of his ancestral land.
His Loyalty not only stands with his people, but with the New Midwestern Empire as well. He is willing to compromise the land his people once had if it is the will of the Emperor. The preservation of the Empire is just as important as the preservation of the Burquacko people in his mind and he will gladly die in the name of both.
