Receives a wireless redstone signal on a given shortband, and optionally only under a specific wideband.

The Self-Triggering variant of this is [MC0111]. This variant will only update when given a redstone signal.

Details

  • Third line
    • Specifies the shortband to receive on
  • Fourth line (optional)
    • Specifies the wideband to receive on. This acts like a namespace for the shortband. Allows you to pick readable names for your shortband while not interfering / being interfered with. You can place uuid as the wideband, and it will replace it with your UUID. Your UUID is too long for a normal player to type on the sign, therefore no one other than you is able to transmit on your wideband, meaning that no one can interfere, maliciously or otherwise.

NOTE: This requires a Lever to be placed on the back of the block that the sign is attached to. The "signal" only flips the lever, which then acts as the actual redstone source.
