A tall narrow highly stylised tower, located in the early and highly restricted settlement of New Atlanta.
History
Following the original building rule restricting buildings to 5x5 blocks in the horizontal dimension Lothendal built this tower hoping the city would grow one day.

This tower is located near the center of New Atlanta.
