Project Grande Sardinia is a building project started on January of 2020 as Project Vizima, and on Febuary 2020 as Grande Sardinia, by user ErenStampy, and is not in fact a city. Rather, as its name states, it is a project with the goal of connecting the Midlake Islands of Erenstampy's small nation, New Sardinian Federation, to the nearest warp city, Vizima and the infamous Labyrinth Prison. Being so close to his settlement, Erenstampy wanted to build a road all the way to Vizima for easier travel to his city.
About
Erenstampy had the idea of connecting his settlement to the mighty Vizima and Labyrinth Prison came to him while he was at school. Once he got back, he immediately started building the bridge. He built the face of 
TheDemetri at the bridge. As of writing this sentence, Erenstampy is almost 3/4 of the way there of building the bridge.
He plans the bridge to split off at the prison, with 2 ways; 1 leading to Vizima, and the other leading to the prison.
In February 1st, Erenstampy started building New Royal Seaton Hotel, which is planned to be a newer version of the original Royal Seaton Hotel made by 
Okrafire in 2011. Erenstampy loved Royal Seaton, and this is the reason why he wanted to start building it. This is the first time Project Vizima branched out, which means Project Vizima is not just a bridge; it's a small organization making attractions along the Vizima air bridge.
Its current goal is to connect the Midlake Islands to the city of Vizima, and building things like gardens, hotels and villas along the bridge. These builds will not be classified under a settlement, but rather be controlled by Project Vizima itself; which means the Project itself controls the buildings.
In Febuary 7th, 2020, Erenstampy changed the name of the project to Project Grande Sardinia. It still retains its purpose, but it focuses more on building than connecting to Vizima. In the future, these buildings and landscapes will officially become part of New Sardinia, as a state under the name of Grande Sardinia.
Erenstampy later decided that Project Grande Sardinia would become 2 different states; one housing the cultural center; Grande Sardinia, and one being home to the political center; Fondare. Grande Sardinia will have all landmarks and landscapes, and S. Fondare will house the buildings, like hotels and villas.
