Background:Republic of the Southeast is a group formed by Cozmicdudes to help out new players, guide them, and give them gear and food to jumpstart their adventure onto the server. Closely related to the Skybuilders (Cozmic's first group) have alot in common.
Joinability: Anybody can join it just DM Cozmicmarios and you might be accepted. Side note from Cozmicdudes: To join the group, you must follow your gut on who you give gear to, trust your instincts, and try to aid anyone in battle.
