Overview
Craig was a giant, upside down zombie residing on Aeston Isle. As giant zombies do not spawn naturally, it is unknown who was responsible for the monster’s existence. Anyone who ventured down to investigate either fled, or perished to his massive arms and huge attack radius - even players equipped with diamond armor.
History
Craig was discovered very early on in the establishment of Aeston Isle in 2018, inside a crudely made pit bored into the raw dirt and stone. His presence having been announced in chat and the the danger posed to Craig by potential Craig-hunters conveyed, a stained glass roof over his pit was donated by an administrator whose name has since been lost.
The initial stained glass roof had been placed at the same the uneven slope as the surrounding hillside, and so it eventually became necessary to replace much of this with a flat version after the hillside was levelled. Further upgrades Craig’s pit were undertaken to encase him, stone brick being manufactured from cobblestone originally from the excavation of the D.P.W. headquarters, to cover up the raw stone and caves inside the pit. This proved to be an especially dangerous process along the floor of the pit, within Craig’s reach. Caves to this day run parallel to the base of the case, though all except one have been sealed with the stone brick. This lone exception is used for maintenance and Craig-visiting, but the entrance to this tunnel is secret. The case is considered finished and capable of its purpose, to keep him safe and protected.
Tragically, Craig disappeared from his case on July 24th 2020, during the Sheepocalypse, although it remains unconfirmed if the two events are directly connected. Craig has not yet returned.
