This is the area of "Easter Outpost" started by feb1980. If anything, he at least wants the area between the two hills and the desert, possibly even including the two hills.

Eastern Outpost is an area of land claimed by  feb1980 when he used /wilderness and traveled as far east as he could until he found the world boarder. He claims the area between two hills and a nearby desert. At the moment, there is really no full plans of making it public, only keeping the area private for now. However, this might change in the future after he has some structures built.

So far, the only other person allowed to build here is Txkeykeeper.
