History

Constructed long after the Northshore Lighthouse and the Eastport Lighthouse, Edgewater is a derivative design intended to illuminate the northern side of Luna Bay. Northshore and Eastport covered the East and West sides of the city, the Moonhouse illuminates the central bay region, and the northern side of the city was still treacherous to travel at night. As with the other lighthouses, Edgewater has become a vital backbone to naval vessels in the foggy months of the year. It is even more important as it sits just below of the border between Veserva and the Northern Expanse. Edgewater receives its name from its border position, and is usually maintained by a Lightkeeper employed by the Western Waters Shipping Co..
