Port Dovendyr is a village made by getplayerhead.sh?SlothCubing&16.png SlothCubing and getplayerhead.sh?FuzbolMC&16.png FuzbolMC that was founded around May 4th, 2023. The port is themed around medieval and classic-themed builds, though various other styles are allowed and used so long as they fit the overall aesthetic. The town boasts an expansive road network and includes several well-made player houses. Currently, a farm area for its residents is under construction.

Town Builds

The port has a number of well-constructed homes and buildings, mostly concentrated near the coast. Listed here are various builds the port currently has.

An expansive road network that covers a large portion of the surrounding landmass, with lights installed. So far 3 junction points have monuments built in the center of them. An additional road runs through the town, connecting the town with the two closest nexus hubs.

A lighthouse and port are also on the seaside of the town, as well as a ship.

An underground farm area that produces the following materials:

  • Cactus
  • Sugar cane
  • Wood (oak, birch, spruce, dark oak)
  • Melons
  • Pumpkins

Town Permissions

The port has a perms tower with a list of permissions the owners and the residents possess. These are intended to ensure that residents' builds are protected from owner modification, so long as the builds are up to port standard. Additionally, they give full context to what each group may or may not be allowed to do within the port, as to avoid confusion that may arise from the lax rules the town has.


The permissions are listed in the tower as follows verbatim:

FOR THE OWNERS

  • In this town, owners have perms to repair, upgrade, maintain, finish and integrate builds with proper respect for the dedicated efforts of the builders.
  • If a builder is still active, negotiation and informing the builder is needed before finishing, upgrading and integrating.
  • Upon request, builders may be excluded from certain owner perms such as upgrading or integrating. Such builders will have their own specific perms separated from others.
  • Owners have perms to remove disruptive and grievous builds.
  • Owners have perms to edit low quality and low effort builds.
  • Only owners may invite other people and give them perms.
  • Only owners may make diplomatic decisions over town relations.


FOR THE RESIDENTS

  • In this town, residents have perms to build anywhere in the town, so long as their build does not grief another's build.
  • Residents may expand the town within reason, but if it goes beyond the will of the owners the expansion may be rescinded.
  • Residents may modify or add to infrastructure such as roads so long as it was made by the owners. After modification, the build will still be treated as built by the owner perms wise.
