The Korbin' Corp HQ used to be Korbs699 (aka 
unterschwanz)'s base. Its construction began somewhere between late April to early May of 2022. Dominus unter's (its old name) mainly geared towards production, but also has a sense of beauty due to its artificial forest area. The Korbin Corp HQ is located in an ocean west of spawn. Korbin' Corp's original intent was to be more like a living area, that's why there are 2 apartments in sector 1 for people to live in(
SadieSadie officially owns both).
It also has the "Better Call Saul" theme song in noteblocks built into the sector 1.
Korbs is planning on finishing the HQ somewhere around 2023. Which he did by just abandoning it to start creating Valheim on the 23rd of January.

Sectors:
There are 8 Sectors in total.
Sector 1:
Sector 1 is the first sector created. Sector A is right above it.
Sector 2:
Sector 2 has pretty much no use except storage, which isn't entirely true either as Sector 1 has most of the items used for it stored. Sector B is right above.
Sector 3:
Sector 3 focuses more on nature as its theme is forest. Sector C is right above.
Sector 4:
Sector 4 will be a mine going down to bedrock, as of this being written it has not been drained yet. [update:] 9/12/22, Sector 4 has been successfully drained. Sector D is right above.
Sector A-D:
These Sectors combined create a large platform above Sectors 1-4. These Sectors are mainly used for larger farms/builds.
