The Sand Continent, the planned source of the sand that'd be used in the creation of the tunnels connecting between the Isles of Islandia. Nothing was ever done with the island after the C42's split up, but both ZJTrayGamingYT and 
The_epic_gamer_2 currently still own it.
Some time after October 15th, 2021, someone named Iamared built a temporary house there without ZJTrayGamingYT's or GiovanniRug's permission.
