Roles
Leader, the highest position in the Duranian Empire. Rules over everyone
State governor, the second highest position in the hierarchy. They rule a state given by the leader
Ambassador, they aren't (in most cases) a member of any state/town and don't have any perms in the empire itself. They only have built an embassy for their representing settlement
Ordinary citizen, they are a member of atleast one of the states/town. They are the lowest role in the meritocracy, altough they get more privileges than the ambassadors
Ally, they are a leader of an allied town
