Headhunting

Headhunting is the act of killing an unwilling player to obtain their head. This is possible due to a plugin added well over a decade ago, and has remained a tradition practiced by many to this day. While many headhunters follow their own codes of honor, such as not stealing their victim's inventory or even compensating the unlucky player after cutting them down; such treatment is not guaranteed.

Avoiding a Headhunter

• Have /spawn hotkeyed with a macro mod
• Stay within range of Spawn Lake, or /warp farm
• Use /disabletrails to turn off the teleport trails that let people know where you teleported off to (this is important)
• Avoid travel down the main roads of Spawn City when a known headhunter is in the area
• Combat log for around 5 minutes (go clean your room in the meantime)
• From a protected area, make them pay for your head upfront if they want to acquire it. You'll make some diamond blocks out of it, & you can do it on your own terms.
