On each activation, cycle through transmitting to a set number of receivers with the same shortband base name followed by an integer.

Each integer from Min to Max is appended directly to ShortbandBasename. For example, marquee:1:5 would cycle through marquee1 through marquee5.

On each activation, all other receivers within the specified set are turned off.

Wideband behaves as in MC1110 and MC1111.
