Located in snowy lands near the northern margins of Freedonia Expansion 2, the Northern School of Mines (NSM) is an academic building designed after the Gothic Revival style. Design inspiration draws from a wide range of Australian Academic- and Collegiate Gothic (and underlying Oxford and Cambridge "Middle-Ages" Gothic) examples.
