Usually, Cromwell2103 not likes fakemon, but considered this Porygon3 worthy enough to make an exception for it. In the second half of 2022 this map art, along with Altaria, had been planning to build as answer to expansion of map arts of diapered Pokemon, but had delayed due to lack of necessary resources and laziness. In February 2023, when almost of every map art of diapered Pokemon was removed, building was delayed again. In summer of same year it was built for for aesthetic satisfaction.
Incidents
22 February 2024 
Cnupdates indicated the authorship of this map art in Map Art of MCO page despite the fact that Cromwell2103 declared his authorship only to a limited circle of people. In response to a request to provide a source of information Cnupdates said that Cromwell2103 "allegedly" talked about this map on the official MCO Discord server, which is a lie, a little later - that he used a modification that allows one to find out the author of the installed sign, which is rather doubtful. Cromwell2103 still awaiting a reliable answer about the source of the information.
In Semptember 2026, Cromwell2103 noticed that map was partially covered with snow for the first time, but this did not spoil its content.
