Number of the road

I am a bit confused by the number of this road.

When it starts in Winterthorn, it is called 32 East, and then (after the junction with the Jibtopia road) it is 316 West. Or is that a different road? (Cannot check it on the map since it has been down for months now.) - getplayerhead.sh?Berselius33&16.png Berselius33
