The Hive of Love is a community project headed by FudgeMonster28, as a floating complex in the middle of the ocean. The hive will primarily be a space for love. A good comparison would be a cruise ship, with lots of amenities available on board to satisfy anyone onboard. The hive will not have any space for permanent residency, and is not the same as a town. It is all one building, made for the satisfaction of daters inside.
History
The idea for the Hive of Love originally came about when FudgeMonster28 had the idea for a dating space in late May 2024. Whilst there were many games on the server, he felt that there was a lack of places to go in the server as a whole which had many games that were not already a part of different towns or boundaries with different restrictions for outside players. In doing so he made The Love Bridge, MCO's first ever date space.
Unsatisfied with this being the only space, considering how small it was, and its inconvenient location, he thought up plans for a new, much larger space, with access being a lot faster and more convenient, and with games and the ability to go on an actual date. The idea of the hive of love was born.
Currently the Hive of Love is looking for volunteers to help with the project.
