The New Midwestern Empire, officially the Second Midwestern Empire, is a group lead by Emperor Engifritz located east of central Freedonia. the Capital is located in New Kansas.

The New Midwestern empire was originally settled in June of 2021 by player Engifritz in location of New Kansas.
Mojave War
in June 2021, not long after settlement of the continent by Midwesterners, trouble arose between Midwesterners and the Mojave who settled the area around the same time. both claimed to be the rightful owners of the continent starting to Mojave War.
the war began with a Mojave victory at shmu tower allowing Mojave forces to march to New Kansas. Mojave's forces entrapped Midwestern forces in the capitol starting the 3 day seige of New Kansas. the seige ended after the Midwest's entrapped army was able to escape late in the night.
after New Kansas fell to Mojave, the Midwest's government and military were briefly forced out of the country with the exception of parts of the northern coast. the midwestern government relocated its capital to Emperor Fritz I Island where it stayed until august 18th 2021 when Mojave forces became inactive allowing the Midwest to regain control of New Kansas and re-establish it capital in the city.
Post war growth
as the first half of the Mojave war ceased, the Midwest saw a boom in industrialization and population. the Midwest's population reached its height at 6 players in November 2021 a growth from 1 player in June 2021. the Midwest also saw growth and better organization of its Military.
age of rebellions
following the first half of the Mojave war, there was 3 small scale rebellions in the Midwest.
the Logan rebellion started over an unapproved floating house built in New Kansas and ended in a standoff underground.
the Jokerjoestar rebellion started over the midwestern town of New Nassau declaring independence. midwestern troops quickly moved to occupy the town and the rebellion ended after an unconditional surrender of New Nassau's forces. the leader of the New Nassau rebellion later claimed he was "just acting a little retarded" while commenting on the event.
the Albuquackue rebellion started over a helmet claimed stolen by Albuquackue governor RubberDuck116. Albuquackue declared independence following emperor Fritz's refusal to return the hat. the rebellion ended with an unconditional surrender of Albuquackue forces.
