An exciting fresh voice in the world of music, iDA DOOD brings a magnetic energy to every song she writes and every stage he’s on, catching the attention of many collaborators, most notably Chewy27_ (Fort Chuwu) and electronic producers DaatalFX and Flippeh.
He has appeared as a guest performer with Flippeh, singing their cowrites at sold out venues across Freedonia including Gardopolis, Treetown Amphitheater, Trollville Pier, The Tonedial Auditorium and major festivals including Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Borderands, & Flower Biome. Television appearances include NBC’s Last Call with Winx.
iDA co-wrote and is featured on DaatalFX's "Invincible", released by Anna_28’s Testificate Family Collective and premiered by MCO Magazine. The two have performed together at Rough Trade New Venice, Sunrise Hotel and Camp Louiseville Music Festival.
A local to the southern expansion, he opened for Flippeh during their residency at NHCity Bowl. While leading an 8-piece band, iDA debuted several new songs, many of which will be included on his debut solo album.
“He’s like Wonder Girl, man! I tell you what. He’s so absolutely positive. He makes me believe in the soul of the music,” says his pal Chewy27_.
iDA is releasing his debut single and video "Cat^3" (2017) this spring, with an EP to follow.
