Å fan is a Swedish settlement in the east of Freedonia, located close to the only eastern mesa biome in a small plains biome surrounded by forests and rivers. Å fan was founded by cnupdates the 13th of February 2023 when he was looking for an open area next to a mesa on the map to set up his base, TheMaxx and vilgototto are also residents of Å fan.
History
When cnupdates first joined he had the intention of creating a map art business in a location with easy access to materials like wool and terracotta. So for the location he would need something close to a mesa biome. After asking chat and looking at the MCO map; he found a small plains biome next to the biggest mesa biome on McO. After boating his way to the area he set up a small house and started a manual tree farm. After playing a couple of days some other plant and animal farms were set up and TheMaxx joined. TheMaxx built his own house and 2 weeks later vilgototto joined. In between the time that TheMaxx and vilgototto joined other things were built in Å fan, being the auto wool farm, auto melon farm, nether highway connection, the to-do board and the boat routes that lead to Å fan, diverging from the Bier Boat Route being the Mesa Boat Route and the Å fan Boat Route. vilgototto to this day hasn't built his own house. After vilgototto joined villagers were introduced to Å fan aswell as the Gröt Storage was built and the a bridge to the storage.
